Transformation
/ Rachel WarmathThe transformation began when I started holding myself accountable to a new set of standards. 🔥 Radical ownership as a means of self-discipline. Where can I make the small adjustments? Where can I grow? 🔥 Throughout a day, there are a thousand small choices to make. Either they add up to progress or they become a habit of cutting myself short from what I'm capable of.
During a workout or a run, I think of it as 'the work for today.' Every day there's a certain amount of work to be done, a certain amount of gold to be mined. And it's a gift to have the opportunity to do that work and to get stronger. 🔥 I know if I've skipped reps or quit early ~ I know if I need to take a breath and reset instead of cut corners.
