Integration

I bring my whole self to each situation.

I share my voice.

I do not wear different ‘hats.’ I am the self behind the hats. I am the self behind the outer shell.

I am the consciousness beyond this.

What you see in front of you is one layer in a system of layers that are constantly shifting and communicating with each other.

I lovingly invite all of these layers, all of these parts of the self. I ask for integration.

I ask that each part would be valued, honored, loved.

I ask for support from the Universe showing up with all the parts of me.

I show up as my true self.
